Etsy is a vibrant, complex, and incredibly thoughtful company. They came to me to distill their strong values, business proposition, and overall mission into a corporate "About" page.

Working hand in hand with the team at their Brooklyn headquarters, I immersed myself in their culture and conducted stakeholder interviews to produce a succinct and informative “About” that would let anyone, from buyers to sellers, easily understand what Etsy is and what they stand for.
